A few things to know.

What is WeightGPT?

WeightGPT, sometimes written Weight GPT, is an AI fitness app that brings workout, meal and lifestyle guidance together. It supports everyday routines and tracking; it is not a human trainer or a medical service.

What can I use for free?

The upcoming update includes exercise demonstrations, your own saved routines, and food and progress tracking. The exercise library can be browsed without signing in; saving personal data requires an app account. Our website calculators are free to use now.

Can WeightGPT help with a weight-loss routine?

You can choose a weight-loss goal and build guidance around your schedule, equipment and food preferences. Review any AI recommendation before following it. The app cannot guarantee a change in weight, diagnose a condition or replace qualified care.

How do I choose an affordable AI personal trainer?

Compare the free features, the price shown in the app, what a subscription includes and how cancellation works. WeightGPT offers free everyday tools and optional AI guidance. Choose only what fits your needs and budget; there is no website checkout.

Can I train at home?

Your equipment and experience help shape a plan. You can also use bodyweight demonstrations from the exercise library when building your own routine. Stop a movement if it causes concerning symptoms and seek appropriate help.

Where can I download it?

An earlier Android version is on Google Play. We are preparing the update previewed here, and the iPhone app is awaiting App Store review. Features can differ between releases.

Where do I manage purchases or delete my account?

Choose purchase options and manage your account in the app. Manage store subscriptions through the store account shown on your receipt. Account deletion is available in app Settings or through support@cognifyr.co. Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription.
